I think the name of the film is 'CREEP', it came out in either 2004 or 2005 and I think it's directed by Christopher Smith. I hope this helped you out.

I have a feeling this might be "Raw Meat" with Donald Pleasance. I can't remember the end credit music, but the plot sounds right. Apparently, it's also known as "The Death Line" in some places.

American Werewolf In London had a scene in a tube station that too freaked me a little, but I believe the movie you ware on about is called "Creep".
