Looking for '60s Film Called 'The Ghost'?

When I was a kid I saw an early '60s movie called The Ghost and I have never been able to forget it,about a young, beautiful girl who married an older rich man.

She ends up having an affair with a younger man and they kill her husband, but he's not really dead. I remember blood dripping from the ceiling onto the bed sheets. Apparently, they had put the dead husband's body up in the attic.

I have searched for any traces of this movie and I can't find it. Any help would be appreciate.
