Looking For the Funniest Damned Horror Spoof Ever!

I remember watching this horror spoof in my tweens, and thought that the name of it was body count, however I have not been able to find it under that name.

I know that the murder weapon were horse head bookends made in shop class, and that they would circle clues and dead bodies John Madden style, and it would blink "body #1" and actually keep track of the body count for you.

The funniest part of the movie (When I was 12 anyways) is when the killer is talking to a girl on the phone and he is breathing heavy and then "click". She looks at the phone annoyed and says "Did you just hang up on me?" Killer says "No I just said click"

Hope you can find it for me.... it has been that itch I can't scratch
