Lots of Beautiful Girls, and Queen Drinks Their Blood

Hello. I´m from Brazil so sorry about my bad spelling...

I´m looking for a movie that I watched about 25 years ago, when I was only 7 or 8 years old! Lots of things I can´t remember anymore, and I don´t believe I watched it all because it was forbidden here in my house by my parents. What I remember is this:

A group of girls (I believe was 3) is traveling in a "jeep" (or something like that) in the woods, and end up in a hidden place (some kind of cult maybe?) that I believe was inside of a mountain or something with lots of rocks around, with lots of beautiful girls dressing only with white "roman toga" (???) and, in a scene, all of the girls lay down in some beds (that is really huge square rocks like tables) on a open place (there´s sun I believe), and people cut their necks to extract their blood, then put a plant (leaf) on the cut to close it, then mix all the blood together then their queen (leader) drinks it.

At the end one of the girls escapes this place, goes back to the jeep and tries to get help for the others... and that´s all I can remember.

My memory is really bad about this movie after all those years, but I never forgot that scene of the girls having their necks cut to extract their blood.

I have been looking for this movie for years, I think my older sister watched with me but she doesn't remember this one, she believes I imagined this (at the age of 7?).

My brain is actually able to create this, and I dream with zombies sometimes (lol), but I´m pretty sure I watched this one. I may not be entirely sure about the queen drinking all of the blood, or if it was shared among some people, and I can´t remember why they do it.

The movie may be older then 25 years, because here in Brazil on that time movies took a long time to finally be on TV, so the movie can be late 70´s or early 80´s. I´m pretty sure I watched Poltergeist 1 or 2 years after this one.
