Man Carries Around His Cheating Wife's Head

I once saw a film about a lunatic that kills these ladies in a house.

The lune first finds his wife cheating on him, kills her and carries around her head throughout the movie. He also rips a baby from a lady's stomach. The film ends with him laying in a tub of blood.

Does anyone know the name of this movie?
