Man Escapes House and Statue Falls on Him

I'm looking for a late '70s or early '80s horror where a group of people enter a house and it locks them in. They then proceed in trying to find ways out.

Key points: House takes over mans mind and makes him cut his fingers / hand off with saw. One person is hung.

At the end, one person escapes house then runs to statue and falls to ground then either statue falls on him or something pulls him under.
