Man Hooks Teens In Hotel

I saw this movie on the Sci Fi Channel a while ago about some teens sent to do community service at an old hotel. They have to clean it up.

In one scene, a girl is taking a shower and we can see an eye watching her from a hole in the wall.

In another scene, the teens are looking for buried treasure in one of the stairwells, and they see a dead man with no eyes.

Later, some people are going up the elevator and it takes them to floor '8' even though they had pressed another number. A fly buzzes and when the doors open a large, bald man with a hook comes and hooks the hook in their skin.

At one point, the manager of the hotel and some lady are walking in the halls and the man says he shot the hook man in the back of the head some number of years ago.

In another scene, we see the hook man putting somebody's eyeballs in a jar.
