Man Kills Women in Bed When They Realize His Dead Wife is There Too

I saw a movie sometime between 1988 and 1990 about a man that kept his dead wife at home in his bed.

Sometimes the man would bring home women to have sex with, with his dead wife in the bed. When the women realized what was happening, he would kill them.
