Man Murders Fromer Classmates Dressed as Trucker, Clown and Doctor

I'm looking for a '2000s movie where a man tries to kill three women who used to be his classmates.

For the first girl he pretends to be a trucker.

The second girl is a babysitter sitting for a woman who has a love of clowns. The killer poses as a life-sized clown doll in a rocking chair.

For the third girl the killer poses as a doctor in some European asylum type place. Towards the end of the movie he has at least one of the girls dissected while alive.
