Man Pulls Out Eyes And Ears to be Free of Noisy Ghosts

I'm looking for a horror movie about a guy who is in a haunted house where the ghosts do not stop making noise. He fights wanting to kill himself because that is what the ghosts want in order to be free, but in the end he can not take it anymore and pulls out his eyes and ears to not see or hear the ghosts anymore.

At the end of the movie he becomes a ghost and the other ghosts are free.

Does anyone know the title of this one?
