Man Sees Ghost of Car Accident Victim in Bathroom Mirror

I once saw a film (prior to the 90's) about a boy who drowns and comes back to haunt a large house.

In one scene, the current resident of the house hears a crash in the bathroom, and it turns out he can see a girl from a wrecked car in his mirror.

The resident has a psychic come in to talk to the ghost and record it on a phonograph which he hears later.

In another scene, he tears up a neighbor's floor to reveal a well and in the end, a music box pops open and starts playing.

Throughout the film, the resident always looks up at a stained glass window on the top floor.
