Man Who's Car Breaks Down in Small Town Has to Perform Exorcism

Does anyone remember a horror movie where a dark, handsome priest (or priest in training) with medium-length wavy hair is traveling on a rainy night when his car breaks down in a small down?

He walks down this long road to a large house and is welcomed inside. At some point he is bathed by a woman, and somewhere else in the film a female resident becomes a vampire and he is chosen or volunteers to save her.

There is a shabby barn/church building where she's tied down to an altar. The man has a Bible and some candles and begins the task of ridding her of the evil. I think he has to finish by sunrise.

That's about all I can remember. I do remember really liking it though, so if you have any idea what film I'm talking about please let me know. Thank you very much.
