Man with Hooves in 70's TV movie

I saw a movie, made for TV I think around 1974-75 and it was about a young girl that was pregnant in a strange town filled with strange people (think Stepford wives).

Anyway, the towns people are secretly Satan worshipers and the end of the movie reveals a man (whom I think was the pregnant girl's doctor) who has hooves as his feet and you realize he's the devil.

It was really good from what I remember. Does anyone remember the name?
