Mansion Has Different Evil in Every Room

I was a young teenager when I saw a horror film, but I don't remember a lot about it.

There was a group of people that somehow ended up in the big mansion with lots of rooms. It seemed that all the rooms had some sort of evil in them.

I remember one scene where a man went into one room and was seduced by a very attractive woman. He was then attacked by a very large spider and winds up caught in a human sized web. The woman then transforms into a human sized spider and kills him.

I also remember a scene where a man and a woman go into another room and are attacked by a giant axe (scythe?) wielding grim reaper.

Any help would be very much appreciated... I haven't been able to find any references to this movie anywhere. It may have been aired on USA network.
