Masked Killer Throws Blonde Girl on Wooden Spikes

What is the film where two girls are in a car, and one gets out and is stabbed by a killer in a black mask?
Before she dies, she yells to other (blonde) girl to run which she does, but the killer gets her too. He tolds her by the throat and throws her on three wooden spikes where she hangs dead.
Any ideas?
