Men Turned Inside Out

I saw a movie that took place on an island where people are turned inside out and are still alive.

I thought it was Screamers but I'm not sure. The tagline was something like 'They're men turned inside out and worse...they're still alive!'

Any ideas?

'Screamers'

Yes that is Screamers (2005) from what I can tell from your description. Screamers is actually a re-cut of another film. Roger Corman acquired the rights to Sergio MArtino's Island of the Fishmen, did some re-shoots, changed the story, and it became Screamers.
