I believe there was also a Dario Argento movie named Sleeper that was about the legend of a serial killer that was a little person. But there is a twist at the end that is clasic Argento.

Title could also refer to a very loooooooong love scene... made me blush! rumor had it that they actually "did it." I wouldn't doubt it. It was the '70s.
