Missing Son Returns Psychotic

I watched a film a couple of years back, I think a fairly old one.
In the film a mother's young son goes missing in a supermarket and they never find him again. Years later a man returns claiming to be her son, but he's psychotic and he kills her husband/boyfriend and I think a few other people and then comes after her.
Can anyone help me by knowing the title of this film? Thanks
