Mom Attacked by Devil in the Form of Her Son

A work colleague told me about a movie in which a little boy dies, returns to his mom and at the end of the movie, reveals himself to be the devil and blames her for his death.

This movie might be late 60s or 70s, does anyone know what this movie is?
