Mom Kept in Basement Freezer by Grandpa

There's an 80's film where a kid keeps seeing a woman, once at a baseball game where she is under the bleachers and eventually in a freezer in the basement where she gets out to talk to him.
It turns out Grandpa was keeping her in the freezer and in the end he saws off her legs, catching the blood in a pan.
