Mom Murders School Girls So Dead Bodies Will Attract Leaches Hanging From Deformed Son's Face

Looking for the title of a 70's or 80's horror about a mom who is also a school teacher or principal in an all-girls school and kills off the girls because of her son who is is mentally challenged and/or deformed with leaches hanging from his face.

I believe she kills the girls so their dead bodies will attract the leaches off her son's face.
