Mom Turns Around and Eggs Get On Top of Each Other

I'm looking for a movie where in one scene a little boy is taking a shower and a ghost lifts him up and starts shaking or choking him, and then his mom walks in.

In another scene, his mom is in the kitchen cooking or something to do with an egg and as she turns around the eggs get on top of each other, one by one.

Lastly, the little boy and his mom are in the basement and it starts to flood so they try and get out when the water goes into a hole in the floor where they are transported to another dimension.

The boy in the movie looks a lot like Justin Cooper, the boy from Liar Liar (1997) with Jim Carrey.
