Monster in the Air Vents

There is a woman doing her lipstick on her face while looking in a mirror and through the mirror she sees a guy behind her, face turning into bones - she freaks and his face goes back to normal.

There is another guy that turns into a monster (it kinda looked like a monster from The Terror Within) and he jumps into a vent - they hear him crawling around in the vents, then he falls out and turns back human only wearing boxer shorts.

This all happens in a white house from what I remember.

Does anyone know the movie name?
