Monster Terrorizes Campers, Girl has Sasquatch Baby

I'm searching for the title of a horror movie that has a group of campers or hikers terrorized by Bigfoot, or some similar creature. The movie ends months later, with the implication that the monster has impregnated the one surviving girl as we can hear a baby crying in the creatures cave as the scene fades to black and credits roll.

I am sure this movie was from the 70's or 80's as I saw it when I was a kid. I can barely remember anything, just the ending.

Does anyone know this one?
