Monster Terrorizes When the Wind Arrives - From Cable Video Store

I remember seeing this creepy movie in the early 90's on CVS (cable video store). I think it was called "Wind" or "The Wind". I cant find this anywhere.

I remember that the monster was human-like with melting gray skin and sharp teeth, terrorizing a family at night when the wind arrived.

This may have been out around the same time as the 1990 movie "Metamorphasis" on CVS.
