Motel Killer Jimmy Hoffa and Killer Rollercoaster Ride

I'm looking for a film about a motel killer that lives in the attic and there are all these drivers licenses around, one of them Jimmy Hoffa's.

The guests die on a roller coaster ride where at the end they're dropped in a wood chipper, their bones then shot onto a great big pile. The motor powering the ride is awesome - looks like a blown Chevy big block and it's called Bonecrusher.

Help me, its driving me nuts trying to remember the name of this.
