Mother Rocking Killer Baby at the End

There's a movie I remember about a killer baby who ends up killing his father.
In the end, we barely see the child as it climbs up behind his mother sitting on a chair. We think he's killed her, but the room goes completely black, the spotlight on the mom in the chair cradling the killer baby as eerie music plays and the credits roll.
Any thoughts on this one?
