Mountain Men Take Family Hostage, Code Word is 'Hot Dog'

I saw this 70's or 80's movie years ago that was so brutal. To this day I can't remember the name of it.

A family is taken hostage by some pretty gross mountain men.

The daughter runs off and gets chased, and eventually pushed over a waterfall.

There's also something about two little boys walking and talking about a code word "hotdog"
