Movie Jacket Has Man Screaming in Doorway

In my local video store there used to be a green and black horror movie cover with a young man screaming in a doorway. I doubt it was him (I've looked up his filmography), but the guy kind of looked like Robert Carradine.

I never got around to renting it, and now the store is no longer there and I haven't seen the movie anywhere else. It's been driving me nuts. All I want to do is remember the title so I can check it out.
