First off, I must say, I absolutely adore Outpost. It's one of my favorite horror films this decade. The strong aesthetic and bleak direction... yadda yadda.

Anyway, I too consider it a zombie film. Many consider it more along the lines of a ghost film, but the Nazis of Outpost physically exist. They aren't an immaterial phantom or intangible specter, but physical manifestations of indestructible bodies.

Yes, it is available to buy at Amazon, and to rent at Netflix.

The Resident Evil zombies are biological zombies because they are created by the T-virus. They are your typical zombie that is disposed of by a well placed shot to the head.

Never really liked zombie movies (bad childhood scare at a funeral home that's another post) but my husband and oldest son say I need to get into training "just in case" and they are really serious about this happening. Anyway is this dvd available in the states and where? Btw how would you class resident evil in the z.i.c. Thanks
