Movie Where a Man is Flushed

I was wondering if somebody can help me find the name of a movie about a guy that dresses as a court jester and kills a group of teenagers while they are camping.

In one scene in the movie a guy gets flushed down the toilet from head to toe. It's a very old movie, probably from the 1980's or around there...I heard about this movie from my 23 year old brother who says that he watched it before I was even born! (I'm 15)
