Movie with scene in torture chamber

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to track down a movie I saw on TV back in the 90's. It involved a group of people who were either investigating, or just visiting, a castle (I think).

The only scene I can really remember has a guy showing a girl the castle's torture chamber. She is being all flirty with him. He straps her to a chair and flips a switch, and a buzzsaw comes out of the wall behind the chair, comes up behind her and kills her.

Also, I believe the last scene in the movie showed one of the main characters in a mental ward crying while someone was trying to console her. Any ideas?
