Mutated Alien Worm Impersonates Woman

What is the name of the late '90s or early 2000s movie where some scientists go into outer space and bring home an "alien worm" that slowly transforms into a blonde girl that accelerates in age and becomes a woman (even though it's still an alien)?

After escaping the lab and killing almost everyone, she cuts one of her fingers and it reproduces another with worms, along with the creature giving birth to a boy.
