Mute Children Kille People in Hotel Near Cornfield

What movie has two little kids that kill a bunch of people in a hotel along with a guy that works in the store?
The children don't speak and belong to this corn field. There are corn husk wreaths on all the doors of the hotel and when the wreath dies it signifies that that person will die next.
One of the people they kill is a girl in a bath tub who is a stripper at a bar uptown.
