The dumbest thing about Halloween 5 was the fact that he washed downstream and was picked up by the old guy with the parrot, who proceeded to leave him on his couch for a WHOLE YEAR until he rose the next year only to kill him. Boy, that guy must have been out of the loop, living that close, not to hear about all the killings, or the vanished killer, or the mask, etc, etc. Did he even leave the house once to buy groceries? If he did, wouldn't he mention the guy in the mask on his couch or call the police? What kind of sick Deliverance type stuff was he doing to Michael?? How in the blue hell is that even possible??? I know I wouldn't want some behemoth in a creepy mask on my couch for a minute... let alone a whole year!! Jeeeesus. Well, theres my Halloween 5 rant!

"Or Jason strolling down the streets of Manhattan, totally unnoticed. " I don't know about that - Being a native New Yorker, I can see that happening. Some tourists would think a movie was being filmed or it's just those weird NY locals, and most of the locals would be too busy minding their own business. Interesting post.
