Old School Favorites

As a person born in the late 40's, I have been honored to have see some of the best horror films around. However, hands down and no doubt about it, Plan Nine From Outer Space has to be the worst film of all time.

What the heck ever possesed Ed Wood from even thinking this film would ever make it? Also, I did not see The Wizard of Gore mentioned on any lists.

Horror fans may agree/disagre with the number one selection on my list but, I thought Alien had a more tense feel than The Exorcist.

This is my first time commenting here and I would like to request a Top Ten 50'S horror movie list as well.

great solid list, i agree that 28 Days Later is a great horror film but i wouldnt have it that high, its just outside the top 20 on my list i think.....but i dont agree with Scream, i dont think that movie is all that great, very nice opening to the movie though
