As a person born in the late 40's, I have been honored to have see some of the best horror films around. However, hands down and no doubt about it, <em>Plan Nine From Outer Space</em> has to be the worst film of all time. What the heck ever possesed Ed Wood from even thinking this film would ever make it? Also, I did not see <em>The Wizard of Gore</em> mentioned on any lists. Horror fans may agree/disagre with the number one selection on my list but, I thought <em>Alien</em> had a more tense feel than <em>The Exorcist</em>. This is my first time commenting here and I would like to request a Top Ten 50'S horror movie list as well.

great solid list, i agree that 28 Days Later is a great horror film but i wouldnt have it that high, its just outside the top 20 on my list i think.....but i dont agree with Scream, i dont think that movie is all that great, very nice opening to the movie though
