My top 5 Scariest Movies, and Why
by Alana

First of all, I would like to say this is in my opinion. I will also point out now, that only numbers 1 and 2 scare me everytime I watch them, no matter how many times I watch them, forever.
And while it is nowhere near the scariest, Halloween is my favorite movie of all time. Period. I would marry Michael Myers if I could.
#5- Seven
Not that it has any particularly scary moments, but in today's crazy society, it could really happen. That is the scary part.
#4- Children of the Corn
Do I find this one terrifying because I was 19 the first time I saw it, and technically would've been old enough to kill? Maybe. Plus farm tools always give me the willies.
#3- Nightmare on Elm Street
The only explanation I can pair with this one is the first time I saw it, I was 5. End of Story.
#2- Pet Sematary
It isn't that it is just a scary movie. It's that it is a scary movie, with SO MANY scary side stories. The sister Zelda, Missy hanging herself, Timmy Baterman. Yikes. Plus, the achilles tendon slicing gets me everytime.
On a side note, the novel horrified me into many sleepless nights and if anyone is fond of reading I recommend this one.
#1- The Exorcist
I always hate when people tell me "that isn't even scary." Puh-lease. Maybe it's that I have an overactive imagination, but this would be the most horrible thing to happen to anybody. Ever. People that tell me it isn't scary, well, they're just ignorant.
