Need to Find a Horror Anthology!

I really need to know what this movie is called! All I remember is that it had the whole Creepshow type of theme going on in that there were random stories. It was from the late 70s or maybe early to mid 80s.

A few stories I remember were the following:

1. A hefty lady walks into a Kentucky fried chicken kind of restaurant, sits down after ordering a bucket of fried chicken and as she begins to pick one up she dives her teeth into a fried rat, realizing what she ate I believe she screams.

2. A boy living in a farm (i think) is always taunting and terrorizing flys by catching them and ripping off each and everyone of there wings. The boy somehow later falls asleep to awaken and the flys are now huge and repaying the favor by ripping off his arms.

If anyone knows the name of this movie and were I can get it please, oh, please let me know.
