Nice Cheerleader is Really Dead, Leaves Letterman Jacket On Her Grave

I remember this movie but can not find it anywhere.

It is about a town on Halloween night. The dead arise and start eating people. However there is a "nice" cheerleader among them that tries to save a teenage boy.

He has no idea that she is dead until the end when he finds his letterman jacket on her grave. The only other thing I remember is the song "Little Red Riding Hood" is playing at the very beginning on the radio.
