WE ALL HAVE PUMPKIN HEARTS

I remember when the Nightmare on Elm Street series just began. It was back in 1984 I believe, and I was too young at the time to get the priveledge to see the first one in the theaters so I waited until it was on HBO. At that time we had to wait at least 3-4 years before it would hit TV.

I watched the flick with my friend at the time, and the entire movie was watched from behind the sofa. Now that was Horror!!!!!

I've been openly exposed to the horror genre since I was a little girl. I used to watch Alfred Hitchcock and anything with Vincent Price in it. But I never had experienced anything like Nightmare before, and probably never will again.

There have been very few new "horror" flicks within the past few years that have an original storyline and/or original idea. Wes Craven, Tim Burton and Clive Barker are my inspirations - Who are yours?

P.S. Much Props to Rob Zombie, he definately brought horror back to where it should be.

So...there's my story and I'm stickin to it! LOL
