Octopus Nails Girl's Head on Table

There's a 70's movie I'm trying to remember the name of where an octopus or monster jumps out and nails a nail into the head of a girl, and a chainsaw blade comes off and spins inside his body until he dies. People disappear. And of course there is a Priest.
