Old Guy Tells Student Filmmakers How To Kill Teens in Woods

I saw this movie about three students filming this old guy who explains to them how he would set up a scary movie at a house in the woods.
He shows them how to carefully plan to kill all the teens that were going to get together at the house. He speaks with great detail. Then as they are finished recording he tells them to wait.
The next thing you know the people are arriving and he kills a couple in the bedroom. The people filming start to freakout and try to leave but he talks them into staying.
