Old Lady in Orange Trash Can

Looking for a film I watched in the late 80's on HBO or Cinemax.

A person is being chased down a hall (might have been a hospital) by an old white haired lady who was inside a trash can. She was looking out the small trash door. The can could have been orange, and it slid down the hall. Bodies were hanging from the ceiling too.

Any ideas?
