I'm looking for the title of a horror movie that I saw.

All I can remember about the film is there was a house and a party this girl who gets a ring stuck on her finger. An old lady also gets suffocated on a rocking chair in an attic and a girl is swimming and a glass sheet covers the pool and she dies ...

Not much to go on, but does anyone know this one?
