Organ Harvesters Kidnap Paralyzed Girl to Fix Her in 80's Movie

I'm trying to remember the name of an 80's horror were a couple of crazy brothers kidnap a paralyzed girl and her family in the family's RV, and take them to a barn where they are harvesting all kinds of organs.

They want to fix the girl so she can walk and in the end, one of the brothers somehow falls out of the RV and his brother says to him 'don't die you half-wit.'

Any ideas?
