Paraplegic Straps on Limbs to Kill in '80s Movie

I don't really remember that much about this '80s movie except there's a large swimming pool and the killer turns out to be a guy in a wheelchair who straps on limbs to kill.

Any ideas?

This is not the movie that I was looking for. It's not the right pool and the movie really was like a slasher movie. I will have to watch that one though... looks like fun!

Hmmm not 100 percent sure but it sounds like The Amazing Mr. No Legs (1980). Click here to see the movie on YouTube.

However its not really a Horror film.
