People Disappear from an Airplane and are Switched for Androids

Does anyone remember the name of this movie where people disappeared from an airplane and were switched by androids?

A few people were asleep and they arrived at the plane's destination normal, but the androids started to kill them one by one. Just one man escaped and at the end of the movie he was speaking to himself, something like, "They know about me, they know that I know about them, they will be looking for me, I must keep running ", etc.

I have been trying to find this movie, but no luck yet. If anyone knows this movie title please let me know!
