People in Mansion See Glowing Hand and Footprints

I remember seeing a black & white horror movie when I was a kid. I don't remember much about it, but the two main things I remember are:

1. There were people in a spooky old mansion who kept finding these glowing hand & footprints.

2. At the end, several people escape the mansion as it burns down, supposedly destroying whatever kind of crazy was happening inside.

Nobody ever seems to know what I'm talking about when I describe these details. It was probably seen on Creature Feature, or Son of Svengoolie on WFLD in Chicago, in the late 70s or early 80s.

This has been driving me nuts for years!
