People Killed by Futuristic Dream Home in Late '90s Film

There's a late '90s movie where a group of people enter a house that is very white and modern-looking. I'm not sure if they have to stay there to get money or what the arrangement is, but it appears to be a "dream home" that is self-operating.

I recall a scene where someone is killed by a CD (or several) flying up at them from tiny, unseen slats in the kitchen floor, slicing them up in front of the refrigerator.

I've been looking for this movie for a long time so any help would be appreciated (and thank you). Maybe it's just not worth a 2nd viewing.
