People on a Train and How They Died

There's a '60s or '70s movie about people on board a train and how each person dies. One scene is a man falls in love with a female vampire, while another is an artist who falls victim to a freak accident with a car that runs him over and amputates his hand. He ends up shooting himself.

The movie ends with all five on the train, and the sixth person is Death; we see him in his black robes and a skull for a face, and the five look on in horror as the train disappears with them into the night.
